wild boar tenderloin, yum: about 4 yrs ago i all of a sudden couldnt eat pork from any grocery store. no matter what cut, store, etc. Dr's think its cause of how their raised, processed etc. But id be up ALL night in the bathroom. so i tried farm raised pig, wasnt bad, I didnt have any side effects. But they were real dry even if I didnt cook them thru. So I bought and cooked these wild boar tenderloin. it was soooo juicey, tender and didnt even have any kind of pork, pig flavor, it was awesome.
