Weight-Based Pricing

• Items priced per pound will have a final cost determined by the exact weight at the time of packaging.
• The total shown at checkout is an estimate. Your final charge may vary based on product weights and shipping costs.

Item Quantities

• Adding items to your cart reflects the number of packages, not pounds. Example: Selecting “1 x 8oz steak” adds one 8oz package to your cart.

Roast Preferences

• Roasts are weighed individually. If you prefer a specific size, please note it in the comments section at checkout.
• We will do our best to provide a roast as close as possible to your requested weight, but we are limited to the weight range shown in the product description.

Order Minimum

• To ensure cost-effective shipping, we require a 10lb minimum order for all purchases.

Shipping & Packaging

• All orders are shipped in insulated boxes with ice packs to maintain freshness.
  • 10-20 lbs: Box fee of $20
  • 20-50 lbs: Box fee of $25
• We use UPS 2-Day Shipping for frozen goods.
  • Orders shipped to New England typically arrive next day.
  • To ensure timely delivery, orders are shipped Monday through Thursday only.

Payment Process

• Your initial card charge is treated as a deposit. Once all items are weighed and the final shipping cost is determined, any remaining balance will be charged.
• Products labeled “per item” are charged based on the listed price at checkout.
